Kelly A. Meloche
President and Founder
Kelly Meloche brought together her leadership, visionary skills, and passion for people to create International Health Care Providers. Solution focused and passion driven, Kelly created IHP to serve as a resource of choice for Canadians needing better options for their health care. She dedicated years to establishing a framework built on ethics, compassion and commitment in order to ensure that each client of IHP would receive superior care in a family focused atmosphere.
Kelly’s career started as a Tactical Communications Instructor for the Province of Ontario, where she applied her training in Neurolinguistic Psychology to teach police officers to deal with some of the most volatile situations imaginable. In this capacity, Kelly pioneered many programs, including original research that would be used as a guide for enhancing provincial program development.
Kelly then trained as a Sports Performance and Chronic Pain Specialist, working with a clientele that ranged from competitive athletes to grandmothers, all coping with severe pain. It was here that she first experienced patient’s struggles with the present delays in the Canadian medical system. Witnessing patients forced to wait in pain and suffering while seeing this agony ripple through families was a tragedy Kelly could not accept. Using her knowledge of the Canadian system and her relationships with American providers, she worked to create a model that was designed specifically to what her clients said they needed most. Kelly took these ‘wish lists’ to the leading healthcare providers, who worked tirelessly along side her to create a customized program where the patient is always first in line.
A charismatic speaker who loves to engage her audience in deep thought or laughter, Kelly is dedicated to her personal mission of leaving this world just a little better than when she arrived.
When not helping her clients, Kelly, an accomplished equestrian, unwinds with her two horses, Mercedes and Macy. On fine days, she can be found cantering along woodland trails in Southern Ontario.
Her commitment to the vision of IHP is unwavering. Kelly is proud and enriched to have the dedication of her IHP team beside her.
Dr. T. Rand Collins
Canadian physician Dr. T. Rand Collins knows first hand how challenging it can be getting timely access to excellent medical care in the Canadian health system. This knowledge, plus a love of travel and a broad medical experience, has positioned him well as the Senior Vice President, Western Operations, of International Health Care Providers Inc. He is committed to providing Canadian clients with the level of service, attention and access to medical care that he would want for himself and his family!
Dr. Collins completed his Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Physics, a Master’s degree in Biology at Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, B.C. and a doctorate in Biophysics at the University of California, Berkeley. He attended medical school at the University of Chicago. After completing his residency at the University of Washington, he practiced as a board-certified pathologist in the Pacific Northwest and Alaska.
He served as Medical Director for SmithKline Beecham’s Pacific Northwest reference laboratory for many years, and directed laboratories at rural hospitals in Alaska and Washington..
An accomplished fine art photographer, Dr. Collins has most recently indulged his love of photography and travel by working as a pathologist in Alaska, Oregon and the mountains of Appalachian Kentucky. As a result, he is experienced in a broad spectrum of medical practice and hospital settings.

Wendalynn Jones
Client Care Manager
Wendalynn is a Board-Certified Hypnotherapist. After witnessing the increasing degree of stress in people's lives, she created "Deep Calming", a technique which actually empowers clients with tools to release their personal stress triggers.
Prior to this, Wendalynn worked with the Government, assisting foreign trainees with the challenges of living for 3-6 months in a city like Toronto. Most of the trainees were from third-world countries and had little knowledge of life outside of small towns and villages. Her office cubicle became "Mother Central" - a place of security and compassion, where Wendalynn handled everything from "where can I participate in Ramadan", to "I've just dumped the entire box of laundry detergent in the washing machine."
Wendalynn welcomes the opportunity to work with IHP. Kelly's high commitment to client care, combined with the world-class treatment centres being offered to Canadians, creates a very special company which she is pleased to be a part of.
